Shell E&P Ireland Ltd responds to letter from An Bord Pleanála

The partners note the Board's provisional view that "it would be appropriate to approve the proposed onshore pipeline development should alterations be made to the proposed development". In relation to the issue of safety, the Corrib Gas Partners remain firmly of the view that the pipeline, as designed, is safe and meets all international standards and industry best practice. Notwithstanding this, the Corrib Gas Partners will now give detailed consideration to the Board’s specific requests for further information and modifications to the route.
